How do I Pay Using the Shopping Cart... ?

First off my shopping cart is secure HTTPS so you're shopping safe. Add the products you want by clicking the add to basket under each item. This will add your product to the cart. Continue adding all the items you desire and when you are finished click t "View Basket" button on the right of the page, this will take you to the cart and show you your cart contents. Now add your zip code to calculate shipping, you will be directed to add your zip code and state or country information before you can move to the next step, now you have a total with shipping cost.  Next fill in your information and if you wish to create an account you can, if not tick the box I don't want to create an account. Proceed to next step of checkout process and choose Paypal or 2C0 to process your credit card or debit card payments. You will see a https in the address bar when on the 2C0 checkout page or the Paypal checkout page, this means your payment is being processed on a secure server while making your payment. There really is no need to be on a secure server to add your address and information, but to make payment yes. Be sure to continue at the checkout until you see the make payment button and then click on that, if you have not entered your credit card information or landed on the Paypal website, then you have not completed your payment. Can I buy wholesale from you ... ?

No, I don't sell my jewelry or suncatchers wholesale. Everything on my site is already at a great discounted price. On orders over $500.00 I will consider a small discount for you if you contact me first of 10%, you will need to pay by check or money order due to credit card fees. For orders over $1000.00 I can do a $12% discount but you must pay with check or money order due to the cost of credit card fees. These are the only discounts I can give for any of my products. There are no other discounts of any kind, unless sales have been given. There are no discounts on sale items.

No I don't sell my components or beads, you will need to find a wholesaler to purchase these items.

How long does it take to get my order ... ?

Please allow 2-3 days before your items ship, this is for small orders (2 to 3 items). Larger orders can take 5-7 days. There is no shipping on the weekend. All orders turn around time does not include weekends. Usually I am able to get all orders out within 24 to 48 hours, however the weekend gets very busy and your order is placed in the queue and I make them first come first serve. If you need faster service please contact me or be sure to order Express shpping and your order will be moved to the top of the list. Priority Mail does not move your order to the top of the list, it just gets to your faster. Thank you for your business I really appreciate it.

Can I buy larger quantities of items then what you have for sale in the online catalog...?

Please contact me if you would like to buy larger quantities then what I have for sale of any one item. It is possible that I can make you more then what I have for sale through prearrangement, the price is the same for each item as stated in each add. There is no discount or wholesale price for larger orders.

What shipping Service Do You Use?

I use the USPS (United States Postal Service) at this time only. Priority Mail 2-3 days.  First Class Mail is 2 to 9 days, if you need express mail contact me and I am happy to set that up for you..

I am interested in placing an order. Do you have a toll free number or a catalog...?

No, I do not have a paper catalog, but I have a online catalog for web browsing and ordering online, payments are accepted via credit card or United States Postal Money Orders only accepted. I do not have a toll free number or take orders over the phone at this time.

My bracelet broke after 7 months, can you fix it free of charge?

After 30 days there is a charge to restring your bracelet. With normal every day life breakage may sometimes occur. Though I personally have not had this happen to me with my bracelets and from the few emails I get about this, it does not happen often. The beading wire I use is superior quality and virtually impossible to break. If it does break it likely occurs when worn daily and this would be considered normal that after time the fibers in the beading wire might possibly become weak. However bracelets should not be worn while swimming or showering or while doing work where the bracelet might get caught on things. Please remove your bracelet before doing any of these activities and while sleeping and showering. I have found that those that get their bracelets wet or wear them to bed and work daily are the ones that have the most problems. You must remove your Jewelry before showering, sleeping and doing strenuous duties about the house or work or play. Your bracelet will last a very long time if you care for it properly.

The cost to restring your bracelet is $20.00, this cost does not include shipping. If any beads are missing I will charge a replacement fee to cover the cost of missing beads, also I need to be sure I carry those beads still. Please contact me for a quote and to let me know you need this service.

I ordered the wrong size bracelet will you make it larger for no charge?

I'm very sorry you ordered the wrong size bracelet, that's why I put in all my adds to be sure to measure your wrist. A service fee is required in the amount of $20.00 to restring your bracelet for my time. If you have lost beads and other findings are missing, there is a materials fee over and above the $20.00 service fee that I will quote to you per your needs. Materials fees are over and above the $20.00 time fee. Please contact me for a quote. The cost does not include any shipping fees either way.

What is your guarantee? 

Your bracelets & Jewelry are guaranteed for 30 days after the purchase. There is no guarantee on suncatchers due to there delicate nature. However when they leave my hands be assured they have been inspected by me. Please be assured I will never send you damaged or used merchandise ever. insurance is added to your shipping on all suncatchers because I will not be responsible for lost, stolen or broken items.  After the period of 30 days for (jewelry only) this cannot be a suncatcher there is a fee to repair broken jewelry. I guarantee all my products are top quality and the finest crystals and findings and where stated 100% Swarovski Crystals. I have great workmanship and take great pride in the quality of my workmanship. Repairs to any broken suncatchers can be made for you upon request, as long as the crystals are not broken. Remember... I ship out packages to US citizens with insurance, breakage or damage during shipment will be covered by the USPS Postal Service. If your item is damaged during shipment please contact me for a form I will send you via email so you can submit a claim to the USPS postal service for reimbursement. If you need repair service please contact me for a quote. See above paragraph for jewelry repair fees.

What is your refund policy?

I hope that you will be very happy with your purchase, but in the event you're not please read this. I make almost everything on this website to order meaning when you purchase it I make it to your specifications. That means when you place your order I make the items just for you the way you've requested. This takes a lot of time to make your order the way you've requested. YOU are ordering a handmade item that is custom just for you. If you decide you want a refund it must be within 3 days of you receiving your order. (You pay return shipping cost both ways) plus an additional 10% fee which will be subtracted from all orders over $50.00. Orders under $50.00 there is no 10% fee for return, but you pay return shipping and I do not refund any shipping cost that you have paid. There are no refunds at all over $100.00. Please choose your product carefully. Please contact me for address to return your purchase, I will send you the return address. (Any items returned cannot be damaged in any way, if item is lost or damaged I cannot be responsible for this and no refund will be issued. Please track your return and insure it. I do refuse any items that are returned to me without prior contact with me and approval. The merchandise must be in the same perfect unused condition as the day I sent it to you. If your item is broke during transit I will send a USPS claims form to you via email so you may submit this to the Postal Service for a claim for reimbursement of your damaged merchandise (from shipment). All orders are insured in the US. Orders outside the US are not insured unless shipped via International shipping this allows insurance to be added. First Class International does not include insurance, please be aware I am not responsible for lost, damaged to stolen mail in the US or outside the US. If you're worried about this please ask for a special order that includes insurance. For all countries I will not except returned or rejected mail for any reason and it will be refused by me and returned back to you. I do not refund shipping or insurance cost under any circumstances unless am responsible in some way. There are no refunds for ordering the wrong size bracelet. Please measure your wrist. There are no refunds for International Orders under any circumstances. I am not responsible for International duties or fees. I don't want to use my credit card online, do you take checks or money orders?


Yes, do the following.........shop online just as if you were going to pay with a credit card, put the items you desire to purchase in the shopping cart. Once you are finished shopping and ready to check out, add your name and shipping information, click at the bottom of the page to purchase your items and check out, you will see pay by Credit Card, Paypal or Money Order, Click the money order and that will send your order off to me automatically. I will then send the address to send your money order which must be US Postal Money Orders only. You may alternately pay by direct deposit, or pay through your banks pay bill system or I can send you a bill and collect the money via email payment or if you have any suggestions of your own that suits your needs or other payment services you use and prefer be sure to let me know and I will see about implementing them into my shopping cart.
