To use the secure shopping cart, add the products you want by clicking the buy it now buttons under each item. This will add your product to the cart. Continue adding all the items you desire and when you are finished click the Flashing Moon and Stars "View Cart" button on the left of the page, this will take you to the cart and show you your cart contents. Now click the button to calculate shipping, you will be directed to add your zip code and state or country information. You can choose what kind of shipping you desire at this point, now you will have a total with shipping and you can proceed to checkout and choose Paypal or 2C0 to process your credit card or debit card payments. Can I buy wholesale from you ... ?

No, I don't sell my jewelry or suncatchers wholesale. I do not sell items in bulk at discount prices. Everything on my site is already at a great discounted price. I'm not trying to get rich, this is just a hobby I enjoy, so I sell my products at a discount already.

I just want to buy the Strass Component without beads is that possible... ?

It depends...If I don't have a lot of what you are interested in to make the quantities I have to fill the orders on my site, then probably not. If I have enough of the Strass components you are interested in, then yes I will sell it to you without the beads.

How long does it take to get my order ... ?

I try to ship out all orders within 24 to 48 hours not including weekends or Holidays this includes any orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following Monday or Tuesday. If I am super busy with other orders ahead of you, there may be an extra wait of a day or two. Most orders ship out the next day Tuesday through Friday. Everything I make is made to order pretty much, so it's made especially for you after you order it. Please read my shipping information page. Please note the Holidays get busy, so you need to add an extra day or two for that.

Can I buy larger quantities of items then what you have for sale in the online catalog...?

Please contact me if you would like to buy larger quantities then what I have for sale of any one item. It is possible that I can make you more then what I have for sale through pre arrangement, but the price is the same for each item as stated in each add. There is no discount or wholesale price for larger orders.

What shipping Service Do You Use?

I use the USPS (United States Postal Service) at this time only. Priority Mail 2-3 days. You may request first class mail. Just put a note in the shopping cart while making your purchase. You must pay using paypal to make your purchase though for First Class Requested shipping. The reason is I use the USPS online shipping service to print labels, they only allow me to print Priority Mail and International Priority or Express shipping. They do not have a shipping option for First Class Mail, although Paypal does. I will refund any over charges for Priority if you pay by Paypal and make the request in the note section of the shopping cart. It's also a good idea to send me an email along with the request. That way I will be sure to see it. Priority Mail is 2-3 days. First Class Mail is 2 to 9 days.

I am interested in placing an order. Do you have a toll free number or a catalog...?

No, I do not have a paper catalog, but I have a online catalog for web browsing and ordering online, payments are accepted via credit card. I do not take orders over the phone, so there is no toll free number. Click Here.

My bracelet broke after 7 months, can you fix it free of charge?

After 30 days there is a charge to restring your bracelet. With normal every day life breakage may sometimes occur. Though I personally have not had this happen to me with my bracelets and from the few emails I get about this, it does not happen often. Most likely it occurs when worn daily and this would be considered normal that after time the fibers in the beading wire might possibly become weak. However bracelets should not be worn while swimming or showering or while doing work where the bracelet might get caught on things. Please remove your bracelet before doing any of these activities and while sleeping and showering. I have found that those that get their bracelets wet or wear them to bed and work daily are the ones that have the most problems. You must remove your Jewelry before showering, sleeping and doing strenuous duties about the house or work or play. Your bracelet will last a very long time if you care for it properly.

The cost to restring your bracelet is $20.00, this cost does not include shipping. If any beads are missing I will charge a replacement fee to cover the cost of missing beads, also I need to be sure I carry those beads still. I ordered the wrong size bracelet will you make it larger for no charge?

I'm very sorry you ordered the wrong size bracelet. That's why I put in all my adds to be sure to measure your wrist. You're asking me to perform a service that requires me to take time away from my family and or creating to restring your bracelet for free, not to mention a trip to the post office or the cost for beading wire to restring your bracelet. Certainly I deserve to be paid for my time to provide this service for you and to be compensated for any materials used. There is a charge of $20.00 for this service plus any extra materials fee. Please contact me for a quote. The cost does not include shipping.

What is your guarantee?

Your bracelets & Jewelry are guaranteed for 30 days after the purchase. I guarantee that all my items are as stated on this website. I do not guarantee suncatchers because people have dropped and broke them upon receiving them. All orders are shipped with USPS Insurance or for whatever carrier service that you may have selected upon time of purchase. If your Suncatcher or Jewelry is lost during shipment, you will be refunded through USPS for your purchase price.

What is your refund policy?

I make almost everything on this site to order. So that means when you place your order I make the items you just purchased. Since I make to order, I do not allow refunds. However if there is something wrong with your order due to my fault I will promptly refund your full purchase price. If you change your mind about your order once you receive it and don't want it please contact me within 3 days. I will refund your purchase upon the items returned back to me, (You Pay Return Shipping Charges). I do not refund shipping or insurance cost when I make a refund and I do charge a 20% fee for making your order, this 20% is the full price of the item or itmes you wish to return. There are no refunds for ordering the wrong size bracelet. Please be sure to measure your wrist before making your purchase.
